LZ Series Sand Extraction Machines

The biggest problem of the most currently existing artificial sand production line is out flow rate of the fine sand which above 0.16MM are fatal, the Proportion can reach more than 20% some time. The flowing out decreases the quality of sand, it cause poor sand grading and rough modulus. Excessive sand emission also pollute the environment.

After years hard working of our R&D team, LZ series sand recycling machine manages to resolve this flaw which stated before. Now this products are now distributed in the most of developing countries and widely used in glass raw material processing system, artificial sand production line, slime recovery project and environmental engineering.

Operating Principle
1 The main components of this machinery are vibrating screen, motors, slurry pumps, cyclone , SZF line screen, cleaning tank, and return bins. The machinery can washing, dehydrating and grading sand in a row.

2 working process : slurry pump feed the sand & water mixture into cyclone, fine sand will transfer to the vibrating screen by grit mouth. Eccentric movement dehydrates the fine sand and contaminants will return to return bins to be recycle again. The weight concentration of dehydrated sand is about 70% ~ 80%. The fineness can be change through adjusting the overflow of water, speed of pump and sand output mouth. 

Advantages:

 1, This machinery can significant reduce the lose rate of fine sand to 5-10%.

 2 , line vibration screen utilize polyurethane as mesh, it has longer service life and barely stuck.   

 3 , cyclone is lined polyurethane to improve the life of the whole device , it can successfully complete task of particle concentration and liquid clarification .

  4, the maximum rate of recycle ratio from the waste water is 85%.  

  5, high recycle rate reduced the workforce and cost of the sedimentation tank clearing task.
